About Tim Fulton

Tim Fulton is president of TCF Business Development. He is a nationally-recognized small business consultant and management trainer with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of entrepreneurial ventures. His clients have included businesses from start-up to Fortune 500 companies, including Lucent Technologies, Carlson Companies, and Georgia Power. While residing in South Florida, Fulton was named “Outstanding Leader of the Year” and later Dean of Leadership/South Dade.
