About the Presentation:
Risk. Both powerful and frightening. Used well it will help you to exploit defining opportunities. Handled poorly the impact can be devastating.
We have a strained relationship with risk. We know we need to take risks but often every instinct says to avoid it.
The ability to engage risk successfully is among the rare talents that qualifies a senior executive for their role. For some it is innate. For others learned. Growing those skills in both themselves and the people they lead is vital and challenging. It takes insights, commitment and tools.
In the Intelligence of Risk – Unleashing Organizational Courage, senior executives are challenged to revise their perception of risk and where it fits in their world.
