Our youth-obsessed culture has caused many Boomers to focus on retaining their physical and mental prowess as they age. Many of us are wondering when (or if) we’ve peaked. Research indicates that we peak at different ages with respect to different abilities or conditions. We may be well past our peak in some things and not yet at the height of our powers in others.
